Who is who

Three kinds of people: your team, the people outside it, and Personal accounts.

Your team

Everyone who signs in to your workspace is an Owner, an Admin or a Teammate. The owner is the person who pays and can do everything. Admins can do everything in the workspace except billing and removing the owner. Teammates work in the lists and projects; settings and team controls are not shown to them. Everyone on your team is included in the price. See Roles and permissions.

The people outside your team

Your clients, volunteers, students or customers never need a Tri-Gig account to deal with you. They open an invoice link and pay, book a time on your booking page, sign a document from a link, or fill in a form on your landing page. If you give them a portal, they sign in with an email and a password you set, and see only what is theirs. See Portals.

Personal accounts

A free Personal account is for freelancers, contractors and job seekers. It has a profile, a listing on the Talent Board, the job board, and the ability to join any workspace that invites them. It has no workspace of its own. See The Personal account.

Programs

An incubator, an association or a franchise can hold a program account that buys workspaces for the companies under it, or gives them a discount code. The program sees that each company is in use; it never sees their records or their money. See Programs.
