Messages

Threads with your teammates, and with the people in your portals.

  • Press New to start a thread with one or more teammates. A one-to-one thread with the same person is reused, not duplicated.
  • Type @ and a name to bring someone in; they are notified.
  • Paste a screenshot or attach a file straight into a message.
  • Messages from portal people (your clients or volunteers writing from their portal) land here too, in a thread per person.
  • The Message button on a colleague's Team page opens your thread with them.
