Two-step login for everyone, signing out people who walk away, and who opened what.

Workspace settings, Security. Owners and admins see this page.

Two-step login#

Tick Require it for everyone in this workspace and anyone without two-step login is sent to set it up the next time they open the workspace. You need it on yourself first. The page lists who has it on. If someone loses their phone, the owner can press Turn off beside their name; they are emailed, and set it up again after signing in. How each person sets it up: Login and security.

Sign out when nobody is there#

Someone who leaves Tri-Gig open is signed out after 15 minutes, 30 minutes, 1 hour (the default) or 4 hours without touching it, or never. They get a minute's warning with a Stay signed in button. Using any tab counts.

Who opened what#

Every time someone opens a list record or a contact, or an API key reads one, it is noted: who, which record, when. Opening the same record again within ten minutes is not counted twice. Filter by person, by records or contacts, and by dates, and Download as a spreadsheet. On each record, owners and admins also see Who opened this.

Tip:Only owners and admins see the log. It starts from the day this was switched on; nothing earlier was recorded.
