More time, and settlements

What a customer can ask for from the invoice, and what happens when one goes quiet.

More time

On the invoice page a customer can ask for 7, 14 or 30 more days, whichever you allow. You get a notification and approve or decline with one click. An approved extension moves the due date and rebuilds the reminders, and the customer is told.

A reduced amount

You can offer a settlement on an invoice: a percentage off to close it now. The customer sees the offer on the page and accepts it there. Withdraw it any time.

When an invoice goes quiet

Each unpaid invoice has a risk level, low, medium or high, from how that customer usually pays and whether they have opened it. On the invoice, under what happens when it goes quiet, choose: tell me, offer a settlement automatically at a percentage you set, or both. Then it looks after itself.

Tip:Trig flags an invoice that was opened twice and not paid, and one whose total changed after it was sent.
