Forms

Open Forms in the sidebar and press New form. Add questions of any kind, a cover image, an accent colour, and what happens after someone sends it: a message or a link.

Where the answers go#

Into Contacts or any list, with each question mapped to a field. A form can also give everyone who answers it a type (see Types), email the answers to you, and start a rule.

Where a form can be used#

• Its own link, /f/<form>, to send to anyone.
• On a TG Site or a landing page.
• Inside a portal, answered as the person signed in.
• As the sign-up form for a course or class.

Every answer is kept on the form; download them as a spreadsheet any time.
