How do I stop forgetting things?

What Trig does, and does not do

The honest list.

On its own, Trig does two things: it puts back something deleted by mistake, and it fills in a missing email it can see on an invoice. Both appear on your home page with an Undo.

It notices things and asks before acting: duplicate customers to merge, a step with no owner, a project that has gone quiet, an invoice total that changed after it was sent. One notice at a time, with Yes and Not now. Not now puts it away for two weeks.

It drafts notes for you to send: a thank-you after an invoice is paid, a review ask a week after a project ends. You read and press Send.

When you ask, it does things: adds or changes customers, projects, steps, tasks and calendar events, drafts an invoice, starts a signature request, adds a list or a detail, builds a rule, writes a document, reads a file you gave it.

It never sends a message to a customer by itself (reminders run on the schedule on the invoice), never invites or removes people, never changes roles, never touches your billing, and never moves money.

There is a level setting in AI Studio. Today only the first level, watch and fix, does anything; the others are there for later.
