Text notifications
How texts from Tri-Gig work
Tri-Gig can text you when something in your workspace needs you. Texts are optional, only ever about your own workspace, and you can turn them off any time.
How you opt in
- Sign in to your workspace and open Notifications, then Text me.
- Enter your mobile number and choose Send code.
- Enter the six-digit code we text you. That confirms the number is yours and turns texts on.
- Choose what you want to be told about: messages, invoices and payments, work assigned to you.
Nobody can be signed up by someone else. The number has to be verified from the person’s own signed-in account.
What we send
Notifications about your workspace: a new message from a teammate, a task or step assigned to you, an invoice or payment update, or a note from Trig, the workspace assistant. Never marketing. Frequency depends on your workspace’s activity and the switches you set.
