Privacy Policy

Last updated: March 2026

This is an interim policy pending review by legal counsel. It accurately reflects how Tri-Gig operates today but will be updated before general availability.

1. Who We Are

Tri-Gig, Inc. is a Delaware C-corporation that operates the Tri-Gig platform — an operating system for professional services businesses. When this policy refers to "Tri-Gig", "we", "us", or "our", it means Tri-Gig, Inc.

  • Profile and portfolio information
  • Workspace, department, and project data
  • Client information you add to your workspace
  • Messages, files, and documents uploaded to the platform

Information collected automatically:

  • IP address and approximate location
  • Browser type and version
  • Device type and operating system
  • Pages visited and time spent on the platform

  • To create and manage your account
  • To provide the Tri-Gig platform and all its features
  • To process payments and manage subscriptions via Stripe
  • To send transactional emails — account confirmations, invoices, security alerts
  • To send product updates and announcements if you have opted in
  • To power Trig, our AI admin feature, which processes workspace data to generate responses and suggestions
  • To improve the platform based on usage patterns
  • To respond to support requests and contact form submissions

4. Third-Party Services We Use

Tri-Gig uses the following third-party providers to operate the platform. Each provider has their own privacy policy governing their data practices.

Supabase

Database, authentication, and file storage. Your account data, workspace data, and files are stored on Supabase infrastructure hosted in the United States.

Privacy policy →

Stripe

Payment processing. Billing information is handled directly by Stripe. Tri-Gig does not store your full payment card details.

Privacy policy →

Resend

Transactional email delivery. Used to send account confirmations, invoices, and notifications.

Privacy policy →

Anthropic (Claude API)

AI processing for Trig, our AI admin feature. When you interact with Trig, your messages and relevant workspace context are sent to Anthropic's API to generate responses. Anthropic's API usage policies prohibit using submitted data to train their models.

Privacy policy →

n8n (self-hosted)

Workflow automation engine. Automation Studio is powered by n8n running on our own infrastructure. Automation data does not leave our servers.

5. Workspace and Client Data

Tri-Gig operates a workspace model where your business data — projects, clients, messages, files, and billing — is stored within your workspace. The following applies to this data:

  • You retain full ownership of all data you create in your workspace
  • Tri-Gig does not sell, share, or use your workspace data for advertising
  • Client data you add to your workspace is handled with the same protections as your own data
  • Tri-Gig staff do not access workspace data except when required to provide support and only with your permission
  • When you invite clients to project dashboards, they can only see what you explicitly share with them
  • When your subscription ends, your data is retained for 90 days before deletion to allow for export

6. Cookies

Tri-Gig uses cookies and similar technologies to operate the platform.

7. Data Security

We use industry-standard security practices to protect your data including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), hashed passwords, row-level security on all database tables, and API key authentication for integrations.
