Lists and flows
Your workspace, in your words.
The firm renamed Deals to Matters and the old software fought back on every screen. Here, each part of your workspace is a list, and Tri-Gig names them the way your business does. A consultant sees Clients. A nonprofit sees Donors. A practice sees Matters. Add a list for anything else, and write simple flows so routine things happen on their own.
When an invoice is paid, thank the client and close the step.
When a matter closes, make a task to thank whoever referred it.
When a new donor is added, send the welcome letter and add to Spring appeal.
When a booking is confirmed, create the prepare checklist.
Trig can draft a flow from a sentence you type. It arrives switched off until you turn it on.
What it does
Every list, on every plan
Contacts, projects, tasks, calendar, messages, files, invoices, calls and notes. Nothing is held back for a more expensive plan.
Add a list for anything
Grants, matters, events, equipment, referral partners. Choose the details you want to record. You can ask Trig to add one for you.
Flows you build on a canvas
Automation Studio is a visual flow builder: a trigger, then actions, conditions, branches and delays. Test in a sandbox, then publish. If you would rather say it in a sentence, like “when an invoice is paid, send a thank-you”, Trig drafts the flow for you.
Files you control
Share a folder with your team, one person or a customer. Deleted files are kept for 90 days. Documents Trig writes for you go into a folder called From Trig.
Messages that reach people
Mentions, attachments, and text alerts to your phone with one switch. Each person turns their own texts on and off.
A door for the people outside your team
Clients, students or members sign in to a portal of their own and see only what you share with them, like an invoice, a file or a document to sign.
What this means for you
- You never have to rename “Deals” to “Matters” and hope the rest of the software keeps up.
- The routine work after a payment, a booking or a signed agreement happens on its own.
- A new teammate finds their way around quickly because the words are the ones you already use.
- Sharing something with a customer is one link, not a system they have to learn.
- Who can see and change what is set once by an admin, or by Trig when you ask.
You started the business.
This is where you run it.
