Course Studio

Build a course once; people find it, pay, learn and get a certificate.

Course Studio is on from the start for education and tutoring workspaces. Any other workspace switches it on from its own page: open Course Studio and press the switch. It then sits in the sidebar.

How it fits together#

A course is modules and steps: video, reading, files and quizzes. Its price, subject and level live on its record in the Courses list.
A class is several courses taken together, with its own dates, seats and price.
People find them in a catalog inside a portal, add them to a cart, pay, and learn there.
Each enrollment is a record in Enrollments, so progress shows in your lists and rules can act on it.
Finishing every step, and agreeing to any finishing statement, earns a certificate when the course offers one.
