Invite people and set passwords

By email, with a password you set or reset.

  1. On the portal page press Invite. Enter their email; they must already be a record in the list the portal is backed by, or one is made.
  2. A password is generated (three words and two digits) and emailed with the link, or you set one and tell them. Set / Reset password is on their row.
  3. They sign in at the portal address with email and password. Someone who already has a Tri-Gig login keeps their own password.
  • Suspend one person, or switch the whole portal off, from the portal page.
  • A person with a workspace membership cannot be a portal member; portals are for outside people.
  • Owners and admins opening the portal address see a preview, not a sign-in.
