Programs: for the program owner

Incubators, accelerators, associations and franchises that buy for the companies under them.

A program account gives every member business its own workspace under one agreement. Open Account, then Programs.

Two ways to bring a company on

  • You pay. Make a sign-up link; it reserves a workspace on the tier you choose, and you can say how many months you cover. The company signs up through the link with no card.
  • They pay at your discount. Share your program code. The company signs up at trigig.com/signup/pro, enters the code, and pays itself with your discount applied.

What you see

Each company's name, tier, who pays, how many people are in it, when it was last active, and its status. An impact report downloads as a spreadsheet. You never see a company's records, money or health.

Billing

Workspaces are bought by tier, invoiced on the terms agreed with Tri-Gig (on receipt, net 30 or net 60) at your discount, monthly, quarterly or yearly. Terms and the discount are set on Tri-Gig's side.

When a sponsorship ends, the company gets fourteen days to choose a plan at your discount, and is told by email. If they do not, their workspace closes, with nothing deleted.

Did this answer it? If not, write to support@trigig.com or open Help inside your workspace. A person replies within one business day.
