How do customers and volunteers do their part?

Give customers or volunteers their own sign-in

They see only what is theirs and can do their part.

Switch on Portals under Workspace settings, Add-ons (or Manage Objects). Portals then appears in your sidebar. You can have up to three portals per account.

Press New portal. Choose who it is for (clients, volunteers, students, whoever) and which of your lists holds their records. Pick a look and write a welcome line.

Add the sections they should see: their own details, their records from any list (shifts, lessons, shoots), their invoices with a Pay button, files you share, a note from you, a message thread, your booking page, and buttons that do something, such as Check in, Log hours, or Request a visit.

Invite people by email from the portal page. You set their password (three words and two digits), or reset it later. Someone who already has a Tri-Gig login keeps their own password.

Press Preview to see the portal as they see it. Their messages arrive in Messages, and anything they do can start one of your rules.

Did this answer it? If not, write to support@trigig.com or open Help inside your workspace. A person replies within one business day.
