How do I get paid, and know where I stand?

Money & health

Six questions about your money, answered in plain sentences.

Open Money & health in the sidebar. Owners and admins see six panels: can I pay the bills, am I making money, who owes me and what do I owe, what do I own and owe altogether, where is it going, and what should I do this week. Each opens with one sentence written from your numbers.

Your invoices fill in what you are owed by themselves. For the rest, upload your papers: a bank statement, a profit and loss, a loan or card statement, a tax estimate, a vendor bill. Put them in the Money & plans folder and press Analyse with Trig. The figures land in the panels, each marked "from <document>", and Remove what this added takes them out again.

You can also type a figure (rent, payroll, cash in the bank) or point a tracker at one of your lists to count or add it up each month. A typed figure wins over a document, and a document wins over a list.

The 13-week cash outlook is built from unpaid invoices on the dates customers usually pay, plus your recurring costs. It shows the first week you would run short.
