Flow Questions and approvals

When a rule reaches an Ask someone step, the question appears under Flow Questions in the sidebar for the person it was sent to, and they get a notification. The rule carries on from the next step when they answer. An unanswered question is chased once, after the time you set on the step.

A question can also go to the outside person the record is about, if they have a portal sign-in. They answer it in their portal.

Approvals work the same way for an invoice or a signature request: press Ask for approval, the approver sees it under Flow Questions, and the thing cannot be sent until they say yes. The person asking can withdraw the request.
