If you run things from a spreadsheet and texts
What changes, what does not, and the one thing to do first.
Nothing about how you work has to change on day one. Your spreadsheet becomes a list with the same columns, your customers come in from the same file, and the texts you get keep coming. What changes is where things end up: in one place, with a date and a person on each, where you can find them next month.
Do one thing first: add the person you are working with right now, and the job or lesson or event you are doing for them this week. That is the first screen after setup, and it is enough. Everything else can wait until you need it.
- Bring your spreadsheet in: open Customers (or any list), press Import, pick the file, match the columns. You see a preview before anything is added.
- Do not set up rules, portals or a booking page yet. Use the lists for a week. The things you keep doing by hand are the things to automate.
- Switch on text alerts for yourself under Notifications. Then the workspace tells you what is late instead of you checking.
If something is confusing, press Help in the sidebar and say so. A person reads it the same day.
Did this answer it? If not, write to support@trigig.com or open Help inside your workspace. A person replies within one business day.
